We have a pdf. that we require links within the document to other bullets in the same document. What is the easiest way to do this?

If you have acro pro:
Just right click on whatever page you want the bookmark for, then click bookmark.

You can also right click the bookmark itself to change its properties (color, name, action, etc.)
