Bookmark after submit

G'day all,
Here's what I'm trying to do. I've got a form with a dropdown list on it. Once it is changed, the form submits, and the page is reloaded. I've got a bookmark on a different part of the page that I want to go to after this submit. If anyone knows how to do this, I would be very much obliged.
