Hello everyone,
One of my users is trying to book a meeting via calender on a date in the new year "2003" it works fine t'ill december 31 but as soon as you select a day in the new year recepients appear with no information as to there availability
Any ideas why?
I wonder if this is an OutLook issue
Thanks in advance for the help!!

If you go to Outlook open - tools - Options - Calendar Options - Free/Busy Options - make sure that Publish " " Months is set far enough out - like 12 or whatever you prefer.

Killman , thats great but I can only set it up to only 12 months, how can I set it up to 36 or what ever, any qlue?
