I am making a year report in pagemaker, using the book function. However, some of the publications are portrait while others are landscape.

When I generate a PDF out of all of the publications, the landscape pages get "cut" left and right and are shown in portrait fashion.

When I change landscape pages in PM to portrait and rotate the content 90 degrees, acrobat all of a sudden recognises a landscape page and turns the page landscape in the pdf.

This is the effect I want, but I hardly want to rotate the content of 50 some pages in my publication.

Should I go about this another way? Is there a setting, or should I merge PDF's of the various publications?

Hi, IJsqueen,

Yes, mixing Portrait and Landscape is not one of PM's strengths when using the Book Function.

It's some time since I did what you're doing and ISTC having to check the the printer settings in each file.

The easy option is to rotate the pages through 90º in Adobe Acrobat.
