Can anyone recommend a good one for a beginner. Is there any documentation in a MS Word book?

I used (still use) Using Microsoft Internet Information Server 2. written by Victor Wolters (et al) from QUE . The retail price on the back says $49.99 or £45.99 - you must be able to buy a less expensive copy now ! Paul C.
