Search with Google for templates. However, you'll only get what you pay for.
The other option is to design your own, so look at the layout, page size, paper, use of colour, &c. in publications similar to what you have in mind.
Also, if you are the author, I suggest you concentrate on the substance/text, and brief a pro to carry out the design.
