Book Cisco Routing TCP/IP

Hi all,

Just stumbled upon a book I had lying around somewhere. It's a book from Cisco Press and it is called CCIE Profesional Development: Routing TCP/IP volume I. I was wondering if the contents of this book would be a good start for the BSCI exam. I think the book is from 1998.

Or should I buy a new version for the BSCI exam?

probably not, i had a ciscopress' 640-501 book and it wasnt enuff...

if u plan on takin the old test get a sybex bsci book, the cisco one has alot of errors from what ive heard.

if u plan on taking the new test wait till ciscopress comes out w/ the newer edition sometime in oct. i believe... chk ciscopress.com
