Bomgar on IE for windows server 2003

Hi all,

could someone tell me how to tweak the security on IE so we can establish a bomgar remote desktop session.

Alternative is to disable the enhanced security but I would rather not go to that extreme.

Found the solution.

The error I was getting was "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" - this was when trying to initiate the bomgar session.

Solution is Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level>

Scroll down to File Download under the Downloads tree and select enable radio button.
