Bold & Underline in Word 1

Hi All,

Whenever I start Microsoft 2003 Word, bold and underline are always selected. How do I turn this future off?

Find the Normal.dot file on your C: drive. make the changes to that file.

That file acts as a template for each new Document you create. But you've probably figured that out by now....
