BOE XI: Rights: Allow User to Delete Own InfoView Folders?

Setting up new BOE XI R1 implementation.
Issue: Users create own folders in the *Favorites default folder and subsequently cannot successfully delete them. Even users who are members of the Admin group are unable to get rid of these folders.

Been through all the CMC and BO Enterprise Application and user rights switches available.

Anybody have a guess as to where this right may reside?

Have you tried playing with this setting? In the CMC, go to Settings and click on the Rights tab. For the Everyone group, click on the "Advanced" link. Explicitly grant "Delete objects that the user owns".
