BOE XI R2 - ReportSource Bridge - Unable to retrieve object

We have some users who view a report via a url link (they are not on the same domain as the BOXI server, but their domain is trusted on our network, although not in our AD forest:)


Most users are fine with this link - but a small number are getting the following error message:

ReportSrouce Bridge (sic)
Internal Error

Unable to retrieve Object.
Internal Error

Any ideas what is happening please?
