I (with my logon) can log onto the InfoView, view and schedule reports OK. However, I have created 2 other users and they both get the error :

'There are no Page Servers connected to the Cache Server or all connected Page Servers are disabled or all connected Page Servers are not part of the specified server group. Please try to reconnect later. '

when they try to view a report instance. They can succesfully schedule reports, but then cannot view them. One of the users has Admin access and can succesfully use CMS and save / schedule all reports he has written, but cannot view a single one vie the Infoview portal.

We have designed a large number of reports and scheduled them on the srever so I need to get users set up to actually use them !!

Any help appreciated.

What happens if your users change their crystal report viewer preference to Advanced DHTML viewer in InfoView?

Kingfisher, thanks - that did the trick.

My ID had Advanced HTML on and the others did not. A bit worrying tht it happens like this, but at least all is working now - thanks a lot.

Is there a way to ensure all future users are Advanced HTML by default ?

All you've proved is that your cache or page servers are down (or disabled) - if you activate them, your users can use any viewer.
