Bobj memory allocation???

Can anyone tell me how to limit busobj.exe to a certain limit in memory or even kill it if it crosses the boundary? I am running Webi 2.7 and Bobj 5.1. It is running on Windows 2000 Server with plenty of resources. Thanks!!!

Do you have access to designer? If so you can set performance parameters for each universe, this will enable you to limit your Business Objects Memory Usage

So you can set limits at the universe level? How about the report level? I am specifically looking for ways to limit busobj.exe. I have some scheduled docs and some adhoc stuff that is killing the system because of what I believe may be a memory leak.

What version of BO are you talking about? 5.1.what?

There are parameters you can set in the SERVCONF utility that can make busobj.exe much more efficient.
