Faffy, the SMDR output is used, yes, to record calls, but once in some sore of DataBase, it can be used to show a heck of a lot os stuff, such as where the money flows. If the call records show who's taking the lion's share of the calls, it can also be used to determine who gets bonuses,(yes some actually do) and who's not around next week. It can also show a manager when he needs to beef up the staff during the course of the day. It's not so much as what IT does, but what can be done with the output. TipHelp@charter.net
