TLU79 is for ISDN BRA trunks and working T interface. If you want to define a BRA(2B+D) you must use TLU79. But if you want to define ISDN phone or video phone you can use ELU28/3 and S0 adapter. For this feature you will define the ELU28/3 CNBOI with NUMIND=32. You will use the ITNUI command for ISDN extension or video phone.
