Yes you can. Its an option on the install. Use Modify for the installtion directory and alter the path for the Shared Data.
You should be able to run set up and alter this after the installation too.
Quick Tip if its on a shared drive use network neighbourhood rather than drive mappings so that all machines will see the directory rather than needing to rely on drive mappings
