I had 6.5.1 running just dandy on a windows server. Something happened and IIS got disabled on the server. I have re-enabled it, but I still can't get Infoview to come up. Is there a virtual directory set up for BO under IIS when you do the install? Everything has disppeared. Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Jennifer

You need to reconfigure WebI on the server. Just run the configuration tool. It will add the virtual directory for you.

Before you do this. Back up the Storage directory. After you reconfigure, you can replace the storage directory with the backup.

FYI someone had turned off Apache. That is what happened.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Too funny! So your question really was....BO on Apache. IIS isn't being used at all.

Yeah. We have 3 BO implementations right now - 5.1.7, 6.5, and XI. I can't keep up.
