BO 3.1 Webintilligence Error

I get The following error when I try to Open the webi document.

"The Document Requires Web Intelligence 12.1.0.0 and cannot not be opened by the current Web Intelligence Version(12.0.0) (WIS 30674)error INF"

Pls help in this regard, if any one come across.

What are you trying to open it with?

Looks to me like you're using the Rich Client. But, it also looks like you have not upgraded your Rich Client to 3.1. The 3.0 Rich Client cannot open a 3.1 document.

Thanks for your reply,

I have installed 3.1 rich client in my machine.

I get this error when try to open the .wid document from inview which is developed in rich Client 3.1 and exported.

Pls advice
