BMS for BP250 Lock System

Hello,
I wanted to know what is the function LOCK SYSTEM that is located in the options of a system connected to the BMS?

from the BMS Help:

Lock system
User with the Administration|Admin-right can lock a system. No other user can connect that system afterwards. The lock is lost, if the user logs out. Users, that used that system before, can still work with it.

well, I understand.
But what is meant by lock system? What's going on?
The phones work? How can I turn on the system?

I think it works like this:
Lets assume you have in your bms the default user admin and a user peter.

1)The admin logs on to the system and don´t lock the system.
The user peter tries to connect on and gets a message "warning. The system is used only by admin"

2)The admin logs on to the system and lock the system.
The user peter tries to log on and gets a message "warning. The system is locked by admin"

A very useless feature, I think...

Right, very useless, because the system can not connect more than one at a time.
Must have another function of this command Lock system

One bms server can connect with different users to the same system
but only when the system is not locked by the admin.

Two different bms server can connect to one system, one with
full access and one with readonly access(via analog modem for example).
