bmp to jpg image converter

Does anyone still have that Intel jpg converter library out there?

I have a program that will take a still picture capture from a sony web/conference camera but of course VB will capture and save it as a .bmp file. about 180KB

I need to then (command line) change it to a jpg hopfully around 20kb file size.

Now I know there are dll's out there to buy, but this is just a test program I am seeing if I can actually do and didn't want to spend money on it if I can't get it to work.

I had just heard that at one time there was an Intel Jpg library available and was wondering if any of U dudes would still have it.

Just do a Google search on "jpeg" and look around.
There's lots of info including "C" source.
