BMP in my report disappears in an RTF export

I have a report that has a BMP logo in it.
Sometimes, I export the report for email purposes to RTF
and let the recipient view it with MS Word.

However, the logo is gone in the RTF.
Any suggestions on how the export can keep the logo?

If it is a report why would you not send it to them PDF? Do they edit it?
