BM12 on 9508 with display but no lights? 2

I have a IP 500v2 8.1 (63). There are 3 9508's with one BM12. The LCD lights up and the names are listed but there is nothing on the BLF. I only have one extension plugged in right now but BLF should still work for that one. Any info?

OK. Just to add some info I went in to the edit and found the user BLF. Set them all up using the directory but now the names are gone and it only shows "Extn122".

OK. I figured it out. I had them built out as "dials" and not "users" in the button programming.
