We have a system that 3 bm12 modules connected to a 9508 phone. The modules are not updating correctly. It will show that a user is on the phone when they are not and vice versa. When you try to transfer to a user that it has not updated correctly you get wierd results. I remember seeing a patch for this problem on an earlier 8.1 release. I am gong to open a ticket with Avaya in the morning just wondering if others are having this problem and if there is a patch.
