Blur effect 1

I have seen some presentations where theres a blur effect in the background. How do you get that effect in Flash?? No, I dont think they put 3 or more of the same picture and alpha a couple of them to look blurred.

It looks like you are looking through a frosted piece of glass or something.

It is normally an imported jpeg made in Photoshop or simular Regards

A jpeg with a transparent BG??
