blur effect

Hy guys!

Any of you can give me a suggestion on how to do those image effects from the link below:

I assume you are refering to the image of the girls fce?

Have you tried the Effects-> Blur-> tools.

It appears to me that the image was either "softened", or "smoothed" then shifted slightly to the left, applied to a timeline and returned to the original image. Radial blur and Zoom blur can have similar effects if done at low percentages.
