Hi all,

Been using a USB Canon MP360 Smartbase for abot 12 months now.

Have started seeing a bluey/green haze on colour scans of predominatly white documents... Don't have a clue what might be causing this. Has worked fine up until now.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks in advance

Dave

Could be dust or debri on the sensor. You could try blowing it off.

Is the tube replaceble? If so, it might be a cheap place to start. You say "about 12 months". What is the warranty on the unit?

Hi Micker,

Is it a known tube problem? Would have to go digging for the warranty...

I don't know if it's a common problem, both my scanners use LED's. Have you tried Canon support?
