Hello,
I am not sure if this is the correct forum, my problem is that I have a bluetooth device and the bluetooth connected to pc, I also have created a virtual serial port, when I try to connect the device with the virtual port I get an error "spp connection failed", where is the error? when I use the bluetooth device with its own application it sends data correctly.

Why are you trying to use a virtual serial connection, rather than the bluetooth connection? If no particular reason, then that's your issue, for sure. With typical bluetooth devices and uses, there's no need to try and force the bluetooth connection to act as some other connection type, at least as far as I know.

If the bluetooth isn't connecting appropriately (as far as the basic connection goes) on its own, then you probably need a different driver for your bluetooth connection.

The problem is that I want to access the device through code with a programming language to read data from, I found that virtual serial port suits better.

Does the particular Blue Tooth device support Serial Port Profiles? It could be that the device itself doesn't support the use of Virtual Serial Ports.
