We have used Plantronics 84693-11 Wireless Headsets with the 9641.
My understanding is the Bluetooth headset would need to be paired with the 9641 Phone.
We have associates that are on shift work.
If they have a Bluetooth Headset assigned to them, would they have to pair with the phone if assigned another position?
Associate assigned phone 3-1
Associate assigned phone 3-3 on their next work shift
