Bluetooth headset for pc softphone

I have been using a hs810 bluetooth headset and mic for voice controll and playing audio back. I am currently trying to set up a multiline softphone for use in the office. I have run in to one thing (Am using a kesington usb bluetooth adapter). When i try to use the dang softphone no matter what i do i cant get any audio to flow to the headset or mic to pc etc. I thing that it is the audio gateway having a problem. It seams that it takes priority over all other sound devices in the pc.
Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
