I have for years now used the GN Netcom and now the Jabra 9120 wireless headset for my clients that want a wireless headset to use at their desk. The 9120 is excellant and a real work horse and I use it with the GN 1000 Handset Lifter.

Now some of my clients want to use their own Bluettooth headsets for not only their cell but also to be able to answser their Nortel sets. I have tried out the Jabra Bluetooth Hub with a GN 1000 Handset lifter but my first customer has complained and I have wirnessed that the Hub disconnects from the Bluetooth often, we have even changed headsets but the problem is still there with the Hub.

Does anyone have a reliable Bluetooth soloution that your clients like including a handset lifter?

Plantronics has a blue tooth product that works well, but it escapes me, it's the CS55 higher version, the auto lifter H10 is to mechanical but works, if on VoIP system the APC-4 is awesome
