Bluetooth and activ sync IPAQ39/70

My IPAQ39/70 and my Sony Vaio laptop are both bluetooth enabled. The sony vaio has a 3com bluetooth card.

When I start up activsync to syncronize my mails, calander and so on the connection will fail. when I establish the connection again I have to accept lots of connections on difrent ports and then poof it works.

Any idee how to change it so that when the Ipaq starts the activ sync that it just starts it?
