Bluescreen on wdica.sys

Hello all,

i'm running a few 2000 servers (not in a farm) and metaframe XPS. they are running IIS and DHCP and one is running with Active Directory. The problem is i'm getting a blue screen of death with a stop error with WDICA.SYS on each of these servers after a week or so of running. It will blue screen after it hits the login screen after every reboot from then on in.
The only fix I can find is to uninstall the WDICA.SYS device and it works normally.
Has anyone seen this and could you offer any suggestions? It would be much appreciated...
