Trying to delete a specific user's desktop but Symposium responds with "Failed to Delete Desktop. Security Server Error. Please contact your administrator."

This user doesn't have any special access rights - and -we're able to delete other user's (with same access as this user) without incident.

There is a matching alarm. "40829 - Delete blue user error -1".

Has anyone come across this before? Any ideas?

blue is the sybase database name. all user id's have a sybase id created for access to reports and such.

You might check to see if they have any scheduled reports out there as well.

cgilmer lead the way.

The user had scheduled reports.
We deleted the scheduled reports owned by the user and Symposium allowed us to delete him.
