Has anyone ever had this issue in PCANYWHERE? The version is 10.5. Server OS is Windows 2000 SP4. "Blue screen with no icons when connecting to a pcAnywhere host". This problem seems to occur in the following scenerio. The server is locked. Someone goes into PCANYWHERE and trys to unlock (Windows) the server. They hit ALT+ENTER to make PCA full screen. At this point, they use their keyboard to push CTRL+ALT+DELETE to unlock the server. When the server is unlocked, the desktop is blue with no icons. The only way to fix this problem is to restart the server. Does anyone know any other ways to resolve this problem?

This process is not a problem if the user leaves PCA in the "Window View" and uses the PCA button "Send CTRL+ALT+DELETE to Host". The server unlocks fine and the machine's desktop has icons.
