Blue Screen When Shut Down

I dual boot between win2k adv server and windows server 2003. Everytime when I shut down win2k adv server, I got a blue screen:

STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000124, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804DE7E8) IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I checked the Microsoft site, they mentioned that blue screen may occur at start up when you dual boot with win2k and winnt4.0.

I wonder if my problem is related, and/or what I should do to resolve my problem.

By the way, both systems are working fine. The only time the blue screen occurs is when I shut down the win2k server.
