Blue Screen : Unable to load image SYMEVENT.SYS, Win32 error 0n2

Dear all
We have problem server blue screen(window 2003 Standard R2 with SP2). After Server Restart and We Check minidump file it seems some problem relate Norton antivirus(Corperate Edition V.10.0.0.359) . Please see detail at below

Why debugging log write : Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ? Reason?
How do i do for fix it?

Can't. Because server stay at customer site.But, when server restart it's can normally to run. And this problem(blue screen) I see first time.

Can i stop service in normal mode?
Anything else, I should do?
