blue screen reboot

hi all having a issue with my 2000 server thanks to all the peeps over at microshaft for the late update which has caused a constant reboot. i get a glimpse of the error then the machine reboots is there any way i can see what the error as i cant get in to the system to check? i can get a dos prompt and none of the f8 boot options work either.
