I have a customer that I service their computers from time to time. Well, I received a call saying that my customers computer screen goes blue while working on it and indicates "PHYSICAL MEMORY DUMP". What is the issue with this computer? Any suggestions on what is causing this computer to say this?

Lots and lots of possibilities here, as you probably imagined.

It's almost impossible to provide a suggestion without knowing the exact error message. On that blue screen, there should be more information indicating what caused the problem (probably a module name that you can search on support.microsoft.com about).

I get it, after I posted my question to the forum, I started digging deeper into the BSOD(Blue Screen of Death). I also found that not knowing the exact message can send you into a whirlwind of problems and solutions. Thanks anyway cdogg for your input! Greatly appreciated!
