Blue Screen Error: Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests

Hi

A number of our machines on our network have received this blue screen error
and need to be powered off:

Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests

STOP: 0x000004 (0x81FD9B20, 0X00000D60, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

Then it completes a physical dump of memory.

Currently it has only happened once on the machines that have had this
problem, but they are brand new machines - I am worred that it will occur
more often.

Twice it has happened on laptops when the network cable is unplugged moved
and then re-plugged in in a different network port in the building a few
minutes later.

Although this is not isolated to laptops and network unplugging - it has
happened to desktops without any disconnection from the network.
