When the CMS connects to the BP server via FTP, does it connect using the actual IP address of the BP server? We upgraded our BP to a new version on a new server. we used the same IP address and same FTP user/pass but its giving a error that the password is incorrect. I tried manually connecting from the CMS server and I was able to log in manually. There is one thing different, the domain name of the of new server is different than the old one. Any suggestions?
