I support users who have Bloomberg on the Blackberry and sometimes their Bloomberg messages do not filter down to the Inbox and they need to 'Get received messages'. Other times they arrive with no problems. This is on both o2 and Vodafone networks and users sitting next to them get theirs! The normal Exchange mail arrives with no problems. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
