I have a Windows 2000 Server SP2 MetaFrame 1.8 SP3 running one application the users are having some issues with correct data entry, i.e. they may enter some numbers and but what is appearing on the screen is not what was typed.
The Citrix box is in France with French users, using French keyboards, the region settings, on the Citrix box is set for France, however the MetaFrame installation is the English version, as is the Windows 2000 Server. Does anyone know whether I require the French version of MetaFrame, or should the Regional Settings should be adequate?

If the application is French, then this would go some way to explaining it. The Regional settings should be adequate, if the French users don't mind using English applications.

To use MetaFrame French version, you'd need to change the base O/S to W2k French - and the installed applications too. I don't believe that Citrix support using MetaFrame in one language on an O/S in another.

Does the rogue application have a keyboard settings parameter? I have seen similar issues with applications that interface to UNIX systems, where keymaps have to be created and distributed to users home directories in order for all keys to work.

I hope this helps
