(blog-like) Tags in Word

Hi,

Are there any add-ins or other easy method of tagging paragraphs as one can tag blog entries? I use a word document as a kind of journal, and would find tag functionality super useful.

Any help appreciated.

I know nothing about tagging blogs, as I have never looked at a blog, but if you explain what that actually means in the context of Word....probably it can be done.
