Blog for Win2003 SQL Server

I have a dedicated IIS/SQL Server. I need to add a blog for my ASP shopping cart sites.

I love Movable Type but don't want to risk adding MySQL to my MS SQL server. I want a blog with static urls and categories.

Does anyone know of a Movable Type like blog software that uses MS SQL or Access?
