Get the IP address of the site create an object for it. Place a deny rule close to the top of you rule base pointing to that site. ie Internal Net => => service any => deny. However, sites will sometimes free up their IP's so using a Proxy server with the proper licencing for updates would be more helpful. Look at Surf Control or Websense.
