I need to prohibit a Zero-Out defaulting to the switchboard or any other extension.
I tried deleting the '0' extension from an unused Attendant Schedule, but the Octel insists for some entry.
Right now I have the Attendant Extension (Menu 9.1) set for the same ext so it rings the ext # and eventually loops back to the same VMB.

There has to be a better solution.
Any suggestions?

just change the attendant schedule to never available for weekdays and weekends and it will say that an att is not available

Just FYI if you have a mailbox that does not have an att destanation or schedule it defaults to att schedule 1 att 1
