Blocking Viruses at Gateway?

We are running CA E-trust v7 with Exchange Option in our network. Is it possible to block e-mails with viruses before they get to the user? I don't want these messages getting to the user.. Any ideas?

Do your virus scanning via an SMTP gateway before it gets into your exchange system. Scan it again in Exchange. You want to have multiple layers of detection!
