Hello all. I have all internet access going through my ISA server, and have published my Exchange server in ISA as well. I need to *stop* users from being able to access their aol, hotmail, msn, etc. email at work. I tried blocking *.aol.com, *.mail.yahoo.com, etc. but it also blocked all normal email flow to and from these locations (user sending email to a yahoo email account from their Outlook).

Can anyone help me?

When you setup Site and Content Rules to block specific web sites, make sure that it does not apply to servers.
