Customer has a station that they want to be able to call local calls and the operator only.
Have restricted the station to local only, no problem. Placed the station in separate tenant. Now it can not call the other stations. Changed the 0 redirect to a console LDN. Phone gets a busy signal when dialing 0 now.

why did you move the set to a different tenant?
this is likely the problem as tenanting, unless configured correctly, will barr phones from dialling other sets or consoles

Instead of using tenanting, why not use interconnect restriction.
