Good morning all. I am having several complaints about fax spamming and telemarketing calls throughout our system. I have asked the folks to write down the number and hand it over to me. I have them. At first I set up an IDC table and sent them to a busy signal (non used DN) however I found that a few of the 4 digit numbers were valid calls and received complaints that folks could not get through our govt. offices. Therefore, I removed them from the IDC table and need to block the full 10 digit number (I think?). I looked on some existing threads and found info about writing a script. I have no clue on where to begin with this. Any suggestions? I have a 61C

idc is not usually used for that.. if my did is 4940 but i want that did call to hit 4941, an idc entry would do that.. but it will not block a call from a single dn.. the only way i have read of screening inbound clids is via symposium.. i use scripts for almost everything, if you need a script, or just help getting started, just ask, one of us will reply
